Hiring Client Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling all aspects of the client experience from initial contact to project completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage client relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring clear communication throughout the engagement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating project tasks and deadlines.
- Create and maintain accurate client records, including files, contracts, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any client concerns or roadblocks.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients on project status and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and develop strategies for implementation.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresher or Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a client service or coordinator role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
