Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Coordinator & Quotation Follow-up Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and coordinate between clients and the production team for our container house, office, and tea shop manufacturing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with new and existing clients regarding product requirements and project details.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until order confirmation.

  • Maintain proper communication between the sales and production teams.

  • Track inquiries, quotations, and follow-up status systematically.

  • Handle calls, emails, and customer visits professionally.

  • Maintain client records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities when required.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

  • Ability to follow up with clients effectively and politely.

  • Organizational and time-management skills.
