About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our project management and operations team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in project coordination, client handling, and team communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and project tasks.
  • Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and share updates.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and documentation.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, HR, operations).
  • Schedule meetings, maintain project calendars, and ensure task completion.
  • Escalate issues or delays to the Senior Team when needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and basic analysis.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Freshers (0–1 year experience welcome).
  • Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BE, BSc, BA, MBA fresher also accepted).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Tamil).
  • Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to lear

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
