About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support our project management team. The ideal candidate should have good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a strong willingness to learn project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them as needed.
  • Support resource allocation and scheduling activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Internship or academic project experience in project coordination/management.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with documentation and reporting tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field (Fresh graduates can also apply).
