Client Servicing Executive / Client Handling Officer
Location: TNAGAR-CHENNAI
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure all requirements are clearly understood and executed.
- Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Handle follow-ups, feedback, and ensure timely updates to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development.
- Prepare regular project status reports and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in a client servicing or account management role in an advertising/creative agency is an added advantage.
