Client Servicing Executive / Client Handling Officer

Location: TNAGAR-CHENNAI

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure all requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Handle follow-ups, feedback, and ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new business development.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a client servicing or account management role in an advertising/creative agency is an added advantage.
