Job description:

- Complete Client coordination with the assigned POC on the client side
- Coordination with the office and port teams
- Extracting of tracking information for various shipments. For e.g. - status of shipment, ETA, Console manifestation, IGM updation
- Preparation of DSR
- Requesting shipping line/airline for payments
- Coordinating for DO collection
- Compiling of client related information. For e.g. - KYC documents, BIS details, WPC, FSSAI license, ADC etc.
- Should have proficient in **ODEX software**.
- **Must have CHA Background** and knowledge of LOGISYS is preferred.

**Minimum experience of 5+ yrs in a related field (logistics)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
