**Job Description for “Logistics Coordinator - Import & Export”**

**Preferred: Hindi language**

**Duties & responsibilities of Logistics Coordinator**
- Analyze, create and manage Shipping & Airlift logistics plans
- provide efficient Road transportation, oversee loading & unloading
- organize and manage shipment solutions

He will be responsible for evaluating each step of the orders and shipment process. He should also maximize Management satisfaction at minimum cost. He should possess outstanding negotiation and communication skills to perform this role efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine the shipping chain process accurately.
- Register and maintain shipment data like space availability, charges and weight.
- Maintain cordial relationships with vendors and customers.
- Resolve problems associated with transportation, import and export, customer problems, and logistics systems.
- Negotiate charges with vendors.
- Prepare and maintain supplies for shipping.
- Monitor the packages and labels of products accurately at POL & POD.
- Coordinate with factory logistics department for shipment of materials.
- Identify shipping methods and routes for faster deliveries.
- Develop and implement policies, safety loading & unloading procedures, and risk management plans.
- Prepare and present reports to the Head of Logistics.
- Ensure the orders are in compliance with regulations, policies, laws, and standard requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Hindi and English Mandatory
- Proven 2-3 years of experience working as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Administrator or a similar role.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional conflict-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
