Client Services Representative

Are you a passionate and detail-oriented person with a knack for making people happy? Fyncrafte Events & Experiences is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our team in Chennai. We're a company that turns dreams into reality, and we need someone who shares our passion for creating unforgettable moments.

About the Role

As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the heart of our client relationships. You'll work closely with our clients from the first "hello" to the final "thank you," ensuring every event we plan is a seamless and joyful experience. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and making sure they're thrilled with our service.
  • Answering client questions and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Coordinating with our creative and planning teams to ensure every detail is perfect.
  • Handling important financial tasks like invoicing and budgeting for events.
  • Multitasking and managing various client projects at once.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Chennai.

Whether you're a recent graduate with a passion for events or have a few years of experience under your belt, we'd love to hear from you. This role is a great fit for:

  • Passionate, creative freshers eager to dive into the world of events and hospitality.
  • People with 0–3 years of experience in client services, event planning, or a related field.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a blend of people skills and organizational talent. If you have any of the following, you could be a great fit:

  • A natural ability to connect with people and provide excellent customer service.
  • A happy, talkative, and outgoing personality with a talent for making others feel comfortable.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good grasp of finance, including invoicing and budgeting (or a willingness to learn).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is a plus, but not required if you have the passion and skills
