Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture robust client relationships across various levels of the organization.
  • Craft and execute client strategies aligned with their objectives and our agency's capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Efficiently manage client briefs from inception to successful completion, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and diligently oversee timely billing and payment processes.
  • Monitor industry competitors, maintaining comprehensive records of their activities and communication strategies.
  • Contribute valuable insights and expertise to support the agency's efforts in securing new business opportunities.

Qualification Required:

  • MBA from a reputed Business School

Experience Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the industry

Skills/ Competencies Required:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in crafting strategic and compelling presentations.
  • Outstanding customer service prowess, adept at engaging with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Confident and enthusiastic in client-facing presentations and interactions.
  • Strong people management skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating teams.
  • Demonstrates a proactive "can-do" attitude, driven to exceed expectations and achieve success consistently.
