From strategy to execution, we work across industries, blending creativity, culture, and commerce.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive who can be the bridge between our clients and creative teams. The role demands strong relationship management, a deep understanding of brand communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective advertising solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand identity to provide strategic inputs.Brief internal teams (creative, design, digital) clearly and manage project timelines end-to-end.Coordinate and follow up on campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Present creative ideas, campaign plans, and reports with confidence and clarity.Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.Manage budgets, approvals, and ensure smooth workflow across stakeholders.What We're Looking For1–3 years of experience in client servicing in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies. NOT more than 3 years experience please.Full-time & On-site work opportunity only.
