Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Client Servicing Extraordinaire. The individual will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and providing timely updates on project progress. The role also involves assisting with financial management related to client projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction abilities
- Basic understanding of Finance related to client projects
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in event management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
