About the Role

, a branding & marketing studio, as the bridge between clients, our design/content teams, and the founder. You'll keep projects moving, clients informed, and timelines on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients (daily/weekly) and maintain clear communication
- Convert client inputs into crisp briefs & MoMs for the team
- Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups
- Share project updates and monthly performance/delivery reports
- Assist with decks, proposals, and presentation prep
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in a creative/digital agency servicing role
- Excellent written & verbal communication; client-facing confidence
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive
- Familiar with branding, social media, and creative workflows
Tools & Ways of Working
- Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides), Email/WhatsApp Business
- Creating a cool workflow using - Asana/Notion/Trello
- Basic comfort with Sheets for timelines & reports
- Experience supporting shoots/events/client meetings
