Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong business pipeline across multiple clients and sectors.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships across the country through effective communication and service excellence.
  • Strengthen partnerships with existing clients to drive
    monthly revenue growth
    .
  • Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring high-quality planning, execution, and post-campaign support.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of
    brand accounts
    — from onboarding to relationship management.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through strategic insights and proactive problem-solving in day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality and consistency of all campaign and production deliverables, following standardized processes.
  • Analyze and maintain detailed
    brand performance reports
    and campaign data.
  • Support regional business growth by identifying opportunities and achieving targeted sales benchmarks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience
    in
    Client Servicing, Relationship Management, or Account Management
    , preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to
    build and manage relationships
    with high-profile clients.
  • Strong
    negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
    .
  • Experience in
    business development
    and
    cold outreach
    .
  • Proficiency in
    data management and portfolio tracking
    .
  • Willingness to
    travel across cities
    as per project or client requirements.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a
    fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
    .
