Sales Assistant Manager/Manager: Job Description

1. Handling of OTA and maintaining parity

2. Preparation of Reports - Occupancy Forecast Report, Competitors Analysis Report, No Show Report, Positioning Report, OTA Conversion, Other MIS

3. Training and Managing the members of Sales Team

4. Coordinating with the Ops team for guest requests and grievances

5. Highlighting major points to management

6. Coordinating with Front Office, marketing and all departments with regards to occupancy, Rate & Villa Revenue

7. Handling of Inventory

8. Developing of Travel Agent Network

9. Preparation of Monthly MIS

10. Planning Marketing Activities with the Marketing Team

11. Ensuring Lead Closures for leads generated through marketing Activity

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
