**Customer Service Representative (Remote Video and Phone Troubleshooting Expert)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers via live video and phone calls to diagnose and resolve issues with LED projectors.
- **Expert Troubleshooting**: Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting to address image quality, connectivity, remote control operations, and more.
- **Hands-on Testing**: Test and verify projector functionalities during calls, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- **Accurate Documentation**: Document issues, defects, and customer feedback meticulously, providing valuable insights for product improvement.
- **Collaboration with Engineering**: Work closely with our engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- **Clear Communication**: Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping customers informed with clear and timely updates.
- **Stay Ahead of the Curve**: Continuously enhance your knowledge of the latest advancements in LED projectors and related technologies.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently during video and phone calls.
- **Excellent Coordination**: Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions and troubleshooting tasks simultaneously.
- **Technical Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of home appliances, including TVs, projectors, and home theater systems.
- **Experience in Electronics Support**: Previous experience in technical support or testing roles, particularly with consumer electronics, is highly desirable.
- **Hands-on Problem-Solver**: Skilled at hands-on testing and troubleshooting of LED projectors.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiar with projector features, connectivity options (WiFi, Bluetooth), and common projector issues.
