Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Roles & Responsibilities :
Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats or social media queries.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and assess customer needs and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on product features, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Clearly explain offerings and troubleshoot basic problems.
  • Order & Booking Management:
  • Assist customers in Bookings Services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Update CRM systems with accurate customer data.
  • Customer Relationship:
  • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collect and report customer feedback to improve service.
  • Work closely with the marketing/sales team for lead follow-ups.
  • Meet personal/team performance goals and KPIs.
  • Support during promotions, campaigns, or product launches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
