**About the Founder & CEO - Neelakantha Bhanu**
Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world's fastest human calculator and India’s mental math Olympic gold Medalist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr.Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same directions. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a headstart Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.
He has addressed audiences across 23 countries at the CommonWealth Conclaves, Future city Summits, ISB, IITs, and Multiple other global institutions and meets about the importance of Arithmetic learning in the overall development of a child.
**Role: Strategic Partnership Executive - US Shift**
**Mode: WFO, HSR Layout Bangalore**
**Job brief**:We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Community Partner to join our Growth Department. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and assisting with lead generation efforts. You will play a crucial role in outbound outreach, collaboration, and event coordination, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategies within a fast-paced environment.
**1. Partnership & Outreach**
- Planned and executed strategic partnerships to ensure smooth and consistent lead generation.
- Conduct outbound reach outs to educational institutes and international associations for onboarding.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Maintain effective follow-ups to ensure timely communication and conversion.
**2. Marketing & Administrative Support**
- Assist in organizing and executing webinars, campaigns, and other marketing events.
- Provide support in daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales team for post-webinar analysis and follow-ups.
**3. Communication & Coordination**
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams at all stages of the business funnel.
- Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts, responses, and partnership progress.
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing and partnership domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Passion for marketing and an understanding of industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.
- Must have a **personal laptop**for official use.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
