**Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Oversee the end-to-end tendering process, from the identification of opportunities to the submission of bids.
- Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- **Compliance**:

- Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to the water supply and infrastructure sector, ensuring that all tendering activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, subcontractors, and competitors.
- Analyze industry trends, pricing structures, and emerging technologies to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Work closely with technical teams to understand project requirements and develop compelling and competitive tender proposals.
- Ensure that all aspects of the proposal, including technical and financial components, meet the project's objectives.
- **Negotiation and Contract Award**:

- Participate in negotiations with potential contractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and relevant stakeholders to finalize contract agreements.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all tender-related documents, correspondence, and contracts.
- Generate regular reports on tendering activities, including success rates, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management, specifically within the water supply or infrastructure sector.
- Knowledge of the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) and relevant water supply regulations.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

**Salary**: ₹10,064.76 - ₹25,000.92 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Relocate before starting work (required)
