We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, have a knack for persuasion, and enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment — all from the comfort of their home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products
- Manage inbound inquiries and address customer questions or concerns
- Convert leads into confirmed sales
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM tools
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales environment is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi and English**knowledge of **Telugu** is a plus
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
- Basic computer proficiency is essential
- Must **own a laptop or desktop** with a stable internet connection
- A quiet and professional home workspace is required
- **Fluency in Telugu** is an added advantage
