**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive at Votan, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions will be key to your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients within target industries.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings to introduce our products/services.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Coordinate with customer service to ensure excellent post-sale support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to understand and present technical information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
