Job Summary:
An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. They handle scheduling, communication, document management, and other critical tasks to enhance executive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Schedule Management:
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prioritize and manage time-sensitive tasks.
2. Communication & Correspondence:
- Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Travel & Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Process travel reimbursements and expense reports.
4. Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
- Organize company events, conferences, and executive off sites.
5.Administrative Support:
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial data.
6. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Represent the executive professionally in interactions.
7. Project & Task Management:
- Support executive projects and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
8. Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and proactive mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
