Job Title: Bidding Executive

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities:

- Tender Research and Identification:

- Monitor online platforms (GEM, E-tenders, etc.) for new government tender opportunities.
- Evaluate tender notifications and assess their relevance to the company’s capabilities.
- Bid Preparation:

- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals in compliance with tender specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Documentation and Compliance:

- Manage all tender documentation, including technical proposals, financial bids, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Bid Management:

- Track and manage the status of ongoing bids, including follow-ups and clarifications.
- Maintain a detailed database of submitted bids and their outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Liaise with government officials, contractors, and suppliers as needed for bid clarification and follow-up.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders on bidding performance and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in bidding for government tenders or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with online tender platforms such as GEM and E-tenders.

- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
