As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented GeM Bid Executive to manage and execute forward auctions on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **GeM Portal Management**:

- Register and maintain the company’s profile on the GeM portal.
- Upload product catalogs, including e-waste categories, descriptions, and pricing details.
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and policies.

2. **Auction Execution**:

- Plan, organize, and execute forward auctions for e-waste on the GeM platform.
- Monitor auction progress, bid submissions, and finalize auction results.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of auctioned e-waste materials.

3. **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to auctions, including bid records, contracts, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with e-waste recycling regulations and GeM policies.
- Generate reports on auction performance and provide insights for improvement.

4. **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in e-waste auctions.
- Develop strategies to maximize participation and revenue from GeM auctions.
- Stay updated on changes in GeM policies and e-waste regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing GeM auctions or similar e-procurement platforms.
- Knowledge of e-waste recycling processes and regulations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using GeM portal and MS Office tools.
