is **URGENTLY HIRING** for the profile of **IT ADMINISTRATOR**

to play a pivotal role in managing our IT resources efficiently from procuring, maintaining, and administering computers & office equipment. You’ll deploy security tools and policies to safeguard company information and solve the IT related problems, assisting with onboarding, and providing guidance on policies and systems.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage IT tasks while ensuring our team’s productivity and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Procure, maintain and administer computers and office equipment
- Administer corporate software systems
- Deploy and enforce security policies and procedures
- Provide IT support and resolve related problems
- Assist with onboarding of new colleagues
- Suggest and implement improvements in procedures and equipment
- Maintain knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
- Manage an issues tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs

**Requirements**:

- Proven **2+ yrs of professional experience** in a similar role
- Relevant degree or certifications in IT administration, with basic networking knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of help desk software and remote control tools
- Good knowledge of Apple MacOS administration and basic networking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain customer satisfaction
- Bonus: Experience as a service desk agent or IT administrator, and understanding of the SaaS or technology industry
- Experience with Office 365, Virtual machines, Networking & Servers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
