**Fleet Documentation Executive**

The role reports directly to Crewing Manager in the following duties:

- Crew changes, Coordination, crew Documentation, recruitment Process, Flag state Documentations
- Make sure the all round crewing functions are executed in compliance with the company procedure
- Perform crewing Documentation operations are in full compliance
- Check and Verify joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements
- Ensure Readiness and Preparedness for all Audits related.
- Verify crew the Validity and Cross checks of all Certificates and Related Documents.
- Ensure timely update and completeness of crew data in Company Records
- Administer statutory requirement & Prepare Reports
- Maintain and Update Crew Data Base of Company
- Coordinate with the other departments and the Vessel along with Port Agents and third Parties
- Flag State Documentation Management.

**Role Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Problem Solvers
- Human Resources Management Skills
- Sound Knowledge of Crew documentation Verification

Pay: Maximum Up to ₹30,000.00 per month commensurate with Experience
