**Customer Marine Support Executive**
- Qualifications - Graduation any
- Experience - 1 to 2 years
(Freshers also welcome with having good communication and BSC qualification )
- KARCO was started with the aim of bringing a paradigm shift in the way the marine industry trains its crew. Industry first - KARCO 3D animated safety videos were the first step in this direction. Followed by computer-based training platforms, innovative Trace LMS, dynamic competency assessment tool Dynamical & much more. KARCO is catering to many Shipping companies worldwide in their crew training and competency assessment needs.
- Monitoring the KARCO training on board vessels and implementing the compliance of Karco software services.
- Assisting in Marine training programs for support to global customers.
- Provide guidelines to onboard crew regarding how to perform and carryout training in karco Learning Management System.
- Answering queries of customers related to marine domain in karco Learning Management System.
- Require assisting Support Team in interpreting the domain related terms.
- Proficiency in English communication is a must.

Advantage: (The Marine Support Team are ex mariners who are helping the support team in solving the technical issues coming from the clients (vessels) as they have marine domain knowledge.)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
