Job Title: Technical Sales Representative - Marine and Offshore Segment

Location: India (with potential interaction with foreign markets)

UGTeck Marine is a leading provider of cutting-edge marine technology solutions, specializing in the Marine and Offshore Segment. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on driving sales efforts primarily in India, with potential interaction with foreign markets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the Marine and Offshore Segment.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.

3. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate these to customers.

5. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.

6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure profitable business outcomes.

7. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

8. Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the Marine and Offshore Segment.

9. Represent UGTeck Marine at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and solutions.

10. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of successful technical sales experience in the Marine and Offshore industry, with a strong understanding of marine technology solutions.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers at all levels.

4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

7. **Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.**

8. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the Marine and Offshore industry is preferred.
