**Job Summary**:
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, setting up meetings with potential clients, and closing sales. This role is critical to our growth strategy and requires a results-driven professional who is skilled at building relationships and closing deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cold Calling**: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products/services and secure meetings.
- **Client Meetings**: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present our offerings, and build strong relationships.
- **Sales Closing**: Use your persuasive skills to close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and sales, and provide regular reports to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fearless attitude towards new business development.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
