**Position Overview**:
- The CEO's Office Intern role is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team of our company. - ** Business Process Support**: Assist in building business process documentation to support the establishment of new ventures and projects.
- ** Strategic Planning and Data Analysis**: Engage in strategic planning, including lead generation strategies, industry analysis, market research, and strategy value assessment, requiring data-based research and insights.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with multiple functions, including product, growth, sales, and engineering, to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
- ** Project Prioritization**: Prioritize and meticulously track major projects, keeping the CEO updated on progress and addressing concerns when necessary.
- ** Project Implementation**: Assist the founding team in planning, implementing, and managing various projects and proposed recommendations.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Research, analyze, and provide valuable conclusions and insights from market data, industry trends, and internal processes, regularly reporting findings to management.
**Qualifications**:
- B.Tech degree in any specialization.
- 0-2 years of experience in management, strategy, or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Professional temperament and the capacity to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
- Time management skills with the ability to establish and execute priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics and presentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
