Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation and checking of documents under LC or Open Account.
- Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP
- This position is more like customer support.
- Should have thorough knowledge regarding the clauses required for Bill of lading in terms of letter of credit or buyer terms, Certificate of Origin, Invoice, Packing list, Draft, Inspection certificate, Insurance Certificate or policy, Eur.
- Monitoring the loading and customs clearance process.
- Communication and coordination with the shipping lines for BL and sending of shipping instructions.
- Responsible to work with documentation teams for pre & post shipment related commercial documents.
- Responsible for providing shipping instructions to the shipping line in time. Coordinate with shipping lines to get final BL.
- Responsible to work with documentation team for Marine Insurance.
- Responsible to work with documentation team to provide shipping details to buyer in time.
- Providing Bill of Lading Copy to buyer.
- Preparing post shipment documents for submission in bank
- Follow up with bank for Airway Bill (AWB) No. & Mail to buyer.
- Checking Letter of Credit as per Pro-forma Invoice.
- Updating container wise details (customer-wise).
- Customer co-ordination and communication.
- Any other work assigned by the manager.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Documentation
- Good Knowledge in Export/Import Procedures and Ability to Maintain Shipping Documents.
- Ability to Handle Core Operations of the Export Firm, from Getting Purchase Order and Tracking the Cargo Readiness to the Arrangement of Shipment.
- Must have worked in Export oriented unit or International Export trading company.
- Communication skills (Reading, writing and speaking) in English must be very good.
- Must be good in Microsoft office, Adobe PDF.
- Must know how to work in a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
