We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Support Executive to join our team and assist students, educators, and other stakeholders in navigating our offerings.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and resolve recurring issues.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to users in resolving common issues or navigating the platform.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new students or institutions using the platform.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Gather feedback from users and share insights with the product and development teams to enhance the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, new features, and educational trends to effectively assist users.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education, customer service, or related fields.
- Previous experience in customer support (preferably in the education or tech industry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with technology, including online platforms, CRM systems, and educational software.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-learning, ed-tech, or related industries.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Fresh desk, etc.).
