Support Executive

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Support Executive** to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.) to resolve escalations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify and report recurring issues or potential improvements in processes.
- Meet defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration / IT / Commerce).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support / service roles (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and local language if applicable].
- Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or ticketing tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
