**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in daily operations. The PA will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, handle communication, and help streamline business activities, ensuring the Director's time is optimized effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the Director’s workspace is efficient and functional.
- Coordinate events, board meetings, and business functions.
- Track and manage deadlines, follow-ups, and project timelines on behalf of the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with scheduling and project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
