**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings along withaAccurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Preparing various letters, reports, memos, invoices letters, invitations, and other documents. Reading and analyzing incoming letters, and submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Screen and direct phone calls and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
- Maintain all hard copy corporate documents and digital records for ongoing executive projects.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Coordinating with internal team.
- Developing new systems and processes in the company as per the need.
- Any other work assigned by reporting authority. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidance of concerned person.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is must
- Technically strong and smart
- Willingness to learn and contribute to the key results of the organization
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of MS- office, google sheets, google forms, and excel.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor degree is must
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant will be preferred
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
