
Sales Administrative Assistant

A Sales and Admin Assistant providing administrative and clerical support to a sales team or department. This role often involves handling sales-related paperwork, coordinating sales activities, managing communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Support**:Assisting with sales processes, such as preparing proposals, managing customer data, and processing sales orders.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining and updating sales records, databases, and customer information.
- **General Office Support**:Providing general administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**: Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: Needed for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems**: Valuable for supporting sales activities.
- **Attention to detail and accuracy**: Important for handling paperwork and data accurately.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: Needed to manage workload and contribute to team goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
