**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain and organize student records, attendance, and other essential documents, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, students, and parents, responding to inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of school events, meetings, and activities, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Input and update data in school management systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a well-functioning environment.
- Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to facilitate communication and enhance overall school operations.
- Address and resolve minor administrative issues as they arise, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Associate’s degree or higher in Administration, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a school or educational environment.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
