
Executive - Administration and Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Sales Coordination**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote products/services to customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
**2. Administration & Office Assistance**:
- Oversee office operations, including housekeeping and security management.
- Manage hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and visa processing for management and employees across India.
- Coordinate office requirements, supplies, and vendor management.
**3. Accounting & Financial Coordination**:
- Maintain records of sales transactions and ensure all accounting-related documentation is updated.
- Work on Tally for accounting entries and reconciliation.
- Track and record insurance payments and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist in audit coordination and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
**4. Management & Personal Assistance**:
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Assist in managing and organizing key business documents, including IT-related files.
- Coordinate board resolutions and legal documentation.
**5. Record Keeping & Compliance**:
- Maintain records related to sales, IT documentation, and administrative functions.
- Track and manage insurance policies, renewals, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination for audits.
**6. General Responsibilities**:
- Adapt to new responsibilities as required.
- Work closely with auditors and external consultants as needed.
- Ensure smooth business operations by assisting in various administrative and operational activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in **Kannada, English, and Tamil** (preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in **sales, administration, and accounting**.
- Proficiency in **Tally** and other accounting tools.
- Knowledge of booking travel, visas, and hotel reservations.
- Ability to interact with auditors and manage compliance-related tasks.
- Quick learner with a smart and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently.**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle confidential information responsibly.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
