**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the B2B segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Present and promote Shades of Spring’s products and services to clients, showcasing their value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
