Admin & Front Office Executive

**Reception Duties**: Greet visitors, ascertain the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate staff or office.
- **Communication Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage the scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation of meetings and appointments for office staff.
- **Mail Handling**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and preparation for dispatch.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- **Clerical Support**: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- **Office Security**: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,251.00 - ₹31,448.93 per month
