Front Office Executive Admin

**Location : Gurgaon sec - 114, Near Dwarka sec 25 Metro**
**Working days : 5.5(Rotational Sat off & Sun Fixed off)**
**Timing : 10-6**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere.
2. Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
3. Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
4. Create and maintain updated documents and spread sheets.
5. Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
6. Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
7. Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.
8. Perform inventory of office supplies & order what is needed.
9. Monitor and log office expenses and costs.
10. Admin Responsibilities:
- Courier & Stationary records, Organising events like birthdays, festivals adhoc event as required.
11. Accounting Entries (Training will be provided)
12. ERP Entries (Training will be provided)
1. Bachelor’s Degree or diploma or equivalent.
2. 3-4 yrs work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position.
3. Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
4. Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment.
5. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Fluent in English and Outstanding communication skills.
7. Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
