**Your daily adventures will include**:

- Ideating and creating high-quality content across Social Media platforms for LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant social media channels.
- Working end-to-end from profile optimization to being responsible for bringing organic growth
- Designing and carrying out high-engagement content strategies that resonate with target audiences, including creating content plans, crafting and publishing posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance data.
- Working closely with clients to identify their unique value propositions, target audiences, and messaging goals.
- Crafting high-quality, engaging LinkedIn and Twitter posts that reflect clients' unique perspectives and ideas while maintaining their brand voice.
- Ability to do extensive research from medium, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter to come up with ideas.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and topics to ensure relevant and timely content that is worth for virality.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of personal branding efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Providing timely responses to inquiries and comments from customers and followers.
- Creating compelling content that showcases clients' expertise and thought leadership.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
- Collaborating with the core team, bring up new ideas and regular interaction with the founder to ensure personal branding and content efforts align with broader marketing goals.

**Must-have**:

- 1+ years of experience in building and managing successful LinkedIn and Twitter Personal Branding for multiple clients
- Depp level understanding of the dynamics of LinkedIn (what works and what doesn’t).
- Ability to write engagement worthy posts on LinkedIn (Hook, story, authenticity, details, information and call-to-actions).
- Capability of identifying target group developing content strategy that NOT ONLY BRINGS IMPRESSIONS BUT ATTRACT RELEVANT LEADS
- Creating content calendars having mix of TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.
- Basic know-how of video editing and photo editing tools (canva).
- Keen sense of storytelling (what makes a story interesting from the audience’s perspective).
- Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
- Stellar writing skills and sense of conveying more in less words.
- Ability to write in clients' voices
- Curious mindset to understand the structure/reason behind virality of posts on LinkedIn and identify new opportunities to enhance clients' personal brands
- Desire to learn and comprehend new technologies, as well as collect as much knowledge as possible.
