**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Vendor Partnership & Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding **Gift Vendors**, **Kids Toy Sellers**, **Cake Shops**, and **Fresh Flower Vendors** onto the DVMART App/website. You will play a key role in expanding our vendor network, helping them scale their businesses by leveraging our quick commerce platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and approach potential vendors** in the Gifts, Toys, Cakes, and Fresh Flowers categories across Delhi NCR.
- **Pitch the DVMART platform** as an opportunity for vendors to expand their customer base and increase their sales.
- **Negotiate and finalize agreements** with vendors while ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
- **Guide vendors through the onboarding process**, including product listing, pricing, and operational support.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships** with vendors to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Continuously **collect feedback** from vendors to improve services and processes.
- **Meet company targets** for vendor acquisition and category expansion within set timelines.
- **Support other marketing initiatives** as per the company’s need, including offline events, digital campaigns, and cross-promotions.
- Provide **regular reports** on onboarding status, performance, and market insights.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in **Vendor Onboarding**, **Field Sales**, or **Business Development**, preferably in E-commerce, FMCG, or related industries.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills** in both English and Hindi.
- **Convincing personality** with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong **problem-solving abilities** and an adaptable mindset to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Must be **self-motivated**, **target-oriented**, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to **travel locally** within Delhi NCR for vendor meetings and onboarding.
**What We Offer**
- Competitive **salary** with **performance-based incentives**.
- **Base Salary (Monthly)**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (to be fixed on experience/Interview)
- **Incentives/Performance Bonus**: ₹5,000 - ₹15,000 (based on vendor onboarding & targets)
**Annual CTC**: ₹3.6 - ₹5.5 LPA (including incentives)
