
Vendor Executive

Key Responsibilities:
New Vendor Search & Selection:
Identify and source new vendors for a variety of products and services.
Conduct thorough research on potential vendors, evaluate their offerings, and shortlist based on criteria such as quality, cost, and reliability.
Build and maintain a network of potential suppliers and stay updated on market trends.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Lead negotiations with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing.
Develop and manage contracts, ensuring all terms are favorable to the company while maintaining vendor relationships.
Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance and transparency in agreements.
Quality Analysis & Monitoring:
Analyze vendor products/services for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Regularly assess vendor performance using KPIs such as quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Initiate corrective actions or improvements as necessary to ensure high-quality standards are consistently met.
Timely Delivery & Vendor Follow-ups:
Ensure vendors deliver products/services on time, adhering to agreed-upon schedules.
Follow up with vendors regularly to monitor the progress of orders, shipments, and services.
Address any delays or issues with vendors promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, positive relationships with vendors, fostering long-term partnerships.
Provide vendors with clear communication regarding requirements, expectations, and feedback.
Resolve any disputes or issues amicably and efficiently.
Research & Market Analysis:
Continuously research new trends, technologies, and vendors to identify new opportunities for the company.
Stay informed about competitor vendor strategies and market conditions to ensure the company’s vendor strategies are competitive and effective.
Qualifications:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
**Experience**:
Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.
Strong background in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and quality control.
**Skills**:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and vendor management software/tools.
Strong research skills and ability to stay updated on industry trends.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
