Vendor Assessment Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct end-to-end vendor assessment including due diligence, documentation verification and capability evaluation.
- Support the tendering process: float RFQs/RFPs, compare quotes and coordinate with vendors.
- Evaluate vendor compliance with company standards, policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor information and assessment reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, technical, and finance) during vendor onboarding.
- Assist in periodic performance reviews and audits of vendors.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies in vendor partnerships.
- Stay updated with market trends and help in identifying new, reliable suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools (ERP system is a plus).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in vendor audits or compliance reviews.
- Exposure to ISO standards or similar quality management systems.
- Basic understanding of legal terms and procurement contracts.
