**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Screening and evaluating of vendors. Conducting thorough assessments of potential vendors to ensure they meet company standards and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate vendor qualifications, financial stability, and legal compliance.
- Maintaining an existing network of third-party legal vendors, their company portfolios, building the relationship with such vendors and monitoring their continued compliance.
- Setup new legal vendors in accordance with the company's rules and guidelines through a formalized process, ensure ongoing compliance through evaluating and reviewing vendor's policies and procedures and other required documentations.
- Manage the vendor ongoing reviews and annual contract obligations.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to provide guidance on onboarding processes,

documentation requirements, and any outstanding issues.
- Gather data for potential new service providers for onboarding consideration.
- Monitor and track documents needed from third-party vendors to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with various departments, such as procurement, legal, and finance, to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with new vendors and escalate issues as necessary.

**Requirements:

- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of legal and financial aspects of vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
- An eye for design is an added plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
