**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Media Executive** with 2-5 years of experience to manage and execute print media campaigns for government and PSU clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the print media landscape, DAVP guidelines, and an ability to coordinate seamlessly with clients and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities Print Media Campaigns**
- Develop and execute print media plans in alignment with client objectives and budgets.
- Identify appropriate print media outlets for effective reach and visibility.
- Ensure on-time release and execution of print advertisements in newspapers, magazines, and other publications.

**Client Coordination**
- Act as the primary liaison for government and PSU clients, understanding their requirements and delivering solutions.
- Prepare and present media plans, schedules, and campaign reports.
- Maintain compliance with government and PSU advertising protocols.

**Vendor and Media Relations**
- Collaborate with print media vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners to secure premium placements.
- Ensure timely proof of publication (tear sheets) is provided to clients.

**Budget and Compliance Management**
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to DAVP (Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity) guidelines and other statutory regulations.

**Performance Analysis**
- Analyze the impact and ROI of print campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Prepare post-campaign evaluations and feedback for internal and client reviews.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in print media planning and execution, preferably with government and PSU clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DAVP rates, policies, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
