Job Title**:Social Media Executive**

**Job Overview**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, grow our online community, and drive brand awareness and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' social media activities.

**Requirements**:

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
