**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation & Management**:
- Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and advertisements.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content (images, videos, infographics).
- **Social Media Strategy**:
- Implement and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze trends, audiences, and competitors to refine strategies.
- Set measurable objectives for social media campaigns and ensure goals are met.
- **Community Management**:
- Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, customers, and influencers.
- Handle inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with the online community and encourage user-generated content.
- **Campaign Execution & Analysis**:
- Run and monitor social media ad campaigns (paid media) to increase reach and engagement.
- Track the performance of posts, ads, and campaigns, providing detailed reports on KPIs such as likes, shares, comments, and conversions.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.
- **Brand Advocacy**:
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- **Social Media Trends & Research**:
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Incorporate new trends, features, and creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with other teams (design, content, marketing, etc.) to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors for promotions or collaborations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Creative and innovative thinking.
**Skills & Attributes**:
