- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Mass Communications/ Marketing
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sponsorships, Client Servicing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

**About the Role**: Partnerships & Sponsorships Associate

The Partnerships & Sponsorship Associate works with Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Initiatives towards the implementation of sponsorship and partner activities for the business.

**The Role Includes**:

- Implementation of sponsorship and partner activities for the business
- Responsible for the co-planning, development, and management of sponsorship strategy
- Partnering with Hotels, Airlines, News & Media and other vendors
- Negotiating and closing best deals with above mentioned partners & sponsors
- Pitching to sponsors with relevant content
- Timely Implementation of Sponsorship & partnerships for the event
- Client & Brand activation through strong pitching and related follow up
- Day-to-day management of sponsorship activity and activation

Key Skills
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
- Knowledge on principles, practices, and techniques of marketing strategies
- Experience in analyzing data
- Ability to create, manage and coordinate marketing activities and processes to promote TEDxGateway properties.
- Skills to analyse, observe and monitoring market trends.
- Organized, self-sufficient, hands-on DIY orientation, trustworthy and reliable.
- Proactive and goal oriented with a strong willingness to learn and constantly improve.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a start-up like an environment, where everyone wears multiple hats and priorities regularly shift, to keep pace with rapid industry changes and organization growth.
