**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and cooking of authentic South Indian dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Independently handle assigned sections of the kitchen while following recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies as per guidelines.
- Support junior team members in mise-en-place and day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and punctuality at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in South Indian cuisine is required.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods.
- Ability to maintain consistency, attention to detail, and high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
